Configure Access for GumGum Contextual User Agents
To analyze content, GumGum Contextual user agents need to be able to extract and process the target web content, if endpoints keep returning 403 it is possible that request is being blocked by a server or CDN.
If a web server or CDN blocks a GumGum Contextual browser from a requested URL, GumGum Contextual can't process the content and returns an error. If this happens and you have the appropriate access in your environment, you'll need to configure your allow list with either of the following:
The GumGum Contextual user agent string (sent in the header of the GET request):
Verity/1.1 (https://gumgum.com/verity; verity-support@gumgum.com)
The static IP address range allocated to GumGum Contextual:
IP address range3.234.232.0/25
