To ensure a smooth production process and timely launch, please provide all required creative assets listed within the Asset Pack Guidelines. Depending on the preferred approach, the creative may either be designed by GumGum’s in-house team or supplied by the brand/agency in accordance with our template and provided specifications below.

These sizes represent the dimensions for the unit in a web browser! In order for creative to display crisp on modern mobile and desktop devices all creative should be designed at twice the sizes listed above!
Animation
Up to 6 seconds of animation supported
3-4 seconds for "Intro" Animation, includes the frame coming into the scene
1-2 seconds for "Outro" Animation where the frame collapses or goes out of the scene
Additional Details
The design of the "frame" or border is not limited to the use of static imagery or a solid color. Although, we highly recommend simple animations for the frame and avoid any use of video assets within the frame itself.
