GumGum may determine that data reissuance is appropriate if an original Verity data set is found to be erroneous or incomplete. Data reissuance entails delivering a data set to a partner or partners to replace a data set originally delivered to the partner or partners.

If GumGum determines that previously delivered data was incomplete or in error, GumGum may conduct a data reissuance event as follows:

  1. The Verity team determines the magnitude and reach of the incorrect data event and identifies the data set to be reissued.

  2. Verity reprocesses the data and reissues it to the database.

  3. The Verity team validates the accuracy and completeness of the restored data.

  4. The Verity Product Manager sends an Error Notification Email to impacted partners disclosing the error.

The Verity Product Manager determines and executes partner restitution steps as necessary.
