What are Verity’s brand safety capabilities?

Verity detects brand safety threats for multiple categories, which align with the 4As Advertising Assurance Brand Safety Floor. Clients can set a unique threshold or tolerance level for each threat category.

For example, a healthcare company may choose to set no threshold for the “Medical” threat category, yet higher thresholds for categories that are least desirable for users and advertisers (e.g. “Hate” or “Violence”).

GGT0	Safe	Pages that do not fit into any of the categories listed below and do not contain any offensive or objectionable content.
GGT1	Violence/Gore	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – wars, threats, social abuse, murder, civil unrest, torture, self-inflicted harm or animal cruelty.
GGT2	Criminal	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – robbery, scandals, blackmail, kidnapping, hijacking or loot.
GGT3	Drugs/Alcohol	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – use of illegal drugs, m edicine/drug misuse and side effects, overdose or medical malpractices.
GGT4	Adult/Explicit Sexual Content	Pages talking about but not restricted to nudity, skin exposure or sex.
GGT5	Obscene/Disgust	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – any concept around disgust (puking, pooping or abnormal behavior in public.)
GGT6	Hate	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – hate speech, act of hate, harsh language or sentiment or discrimination.
GGT7	Disasters Natural/Manmade	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – any kind of disaster both natural and manmade. Can include, fires, floods, vehicle accidents, building or structure collapse, earthquakes, hurricanes or sudden deaths.
GGT8	Malware	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – any kind of cyberattack, computer virus, computer malfunction causing server issues, cyber hack or data breach
GGT9	Illness	Pages talking about – but not restricted to – medical emergencies, epidemics, deaths, infection, diseases or rehabilitation.
