Targeting your optimisation channel in DV360
Once Playground have supplied the channel(s) to your DV360 account they can be applied to the intended campaign and line items. Please follow the instructions below in order to target the channel correctly.
Important Notes
Always positively target ('include') the optimisation channel unless your Playground XYZ represenative specifies otherwise.
Please ensure that you have duplicated your activity into control placements (no optimisation channel) and optimised placements (optimisation channel applied).
Please ensure that you are not including any other channels on your optimised placements. If brand safety channels are required, please implement them at the IO level or on the control placements only.
Please do not target in-app inventory, as we are currently unable to measure this.
Targeting Optimisation Channel
On the Line Item edit page under the “Targeting” section press “ADD TARGETING” and select “Apps & URLs”
2. In the “Apps & URLs” panel select “Channels”
3. In the list find the Channel that Playground has shared with you then press the tick button next to that channel
4. Ensure that the Channel now appears on the right under an “Include” banner, and you’re all set!
