To define a custom segment, the client partner submits a Custom Segment Request form to Verity Support, specifying:

  • The Client partner name.

  • The Custom Segment name. 

  • The date to deactivate the Custom Segment analysis.

Verity Support emails the client partner to confirm that the Custom Segment has been deactivated.
